Watcha think - Scentbird a scam?

Came across this creator today and this video is pretty interesting. watch longer, he has social media videos of the owner of Scentbird and she is a bit out there. I haven't joined Scentbird, but I am curious how the cancellation works for in Cali as we have a state law that requires companies to provide simple click cancellation option for California residents.
