should i get dior sauvage or something else?

i've been on the fence about buying dior sauvage. im considering the edp or the parfum but i've been told that i should get something of higher quality. performance is something that really matters to me, not just the smell. i don't want to have to reapply and i want a nice scent bubble. i also want to be unique and i dont think many guys wear sauvage anymore due to the amount of hate that it gets.

any suggestions?

and what is better overall, sauvage edp or the parfum?
