I sprayed Afnan Supremacy in Oud right after my shower tonight, and it instantly filled the room. Fresh out of the shower, my skin was clean and warm, and this fragrance wasted no time making its presence known. The opening hit me with that bold, smoky oud mixed with saffron and spice. It’s dark, rich, and slightly sweet, but never messy. It feels confident and powerful right from the first spray.

As it settled on my skin, the fragrance became smoother and more balanced. The oud stays front and center, but it’s wrapped in a creamy, almost resinous warmth that makes it very wearable. This is where the similarity to Oud for Glory is undeniable. If you’ve smelled Oud for Glory, you’ll immediately recognize the DNA here—deep oud, saffron spice, and that luxurious Middle Eastern vibe. Supremacy in Oud feels just a touch smoother and slightly less sharp to my nose, but they live in the same family without question.

An hour or so in, it turns even richer and warmer. The woody notes deepen, and there’s a subtle sweetness that keeps it from feeling harsh or overly dry. It smells expensive, bold, and confident—definitely not a background scent. This is the kind of fragrance that makes you feel put together even if you’re just relaxing at home for the night.
