This back injury has turned into a swollen oblique...
This shit is for the birds because ANY bracing or stabilizing hurts and seems to reset me back to the previous day.
So I'm taking my medicine, aka not doing shit until this heals.
So please workout for me. I haven't had a true lifting session in almost a month now. This is actually fucking with me mentally so I am going to do my best to be useful and fill the classroom up with what I believe to be true in the fitness world.
