Move.
Wether it's soreness, achy from over doing it, or anything (except a true injury), moving your body will help you so much more than "taking it easy".
Today k woke and up felt like a 18 wheeler ran over my lower back. Slept weird for 3 nights in a row.
Too many shenanigans over the weekend. Lots of drinks consumed.
So, after my client, I decided to hit this mobility routine (I'll post below) to actually FEEL better.
So if you are not feeling it after a long weekend of golf or whatever it may be, just start your with this quick session and go from there.
I'ma hit a VERY slow jog after it and be ready to attack the weights tomorrow.
