Well life kind of got the best of me the past couple months and got me off track for my health and fitness goals. I have been keeping active still playing golf a couple times a week and hitting the range just to get out and clear my head. Things have been getting better and yesterday I had my best round so far! Shot an 88 (first time breaking 90) Super proud of that. But I want to do better and woke up this morning and got back in the gym. Looking forward to getting back into a routine and shaving some more strokes off my game!
