Usually pre round warm up with my mobility stick or even a light workout has been my go-to over the last few months and my driver has never been better.
Today...
Not so much.
& Now my lower back is also paying for it the next day.
Understanding that a couple twists and turns, hammy stretches and 1 or 2 lunges is not going to get the blood pumping like you want to it for those first few holes (especially at my ripe age of 35)
Young guns can probably get away with it for awhile but a quality warm up will always lead to a better start to your round.
My driver never came together yesterday. Maybe 1 or 2 great drives out of 13ish very driveable holes.

This one video below was actually ok but still a miss hit right that never came back.
I'll be creating a course for my go to warm ups,
But also in WODs there are mobility and pre round workouts available with more to come.
