Here's a lil something I cooked up to bed my workout with today.
My power days incorporate a lot of jumping along with lifting.
Contrast Training (A heavy lift followed by a plyo like in the video) is a great way to develop fast twitch fibers to really generate explosivness.
Instead of focusing on weight, I focused on the height of the step/box this week. More range of motion to attack my legs differently.
Then flipped the box for an aggressive, non step up box jump.
