Love Hate Honestly...
I know how great this thing is for ya, but DAMN.
Working my way back into cardio (hopefully some weights tomorrow) this week.
I went for a watered down Norwegian 4Γ4 but only did 4Γ1 π«£
The 4Γ4 is a great, science baked HIIT workout to boost V02 max which everyone should work on doing on their fitness routine.
4 mins HARD but not impossible work, roughly 90% max effort.
Then spend the next 3 mins getting your.heart.rrate back down.
Repeat for a total of 4 rounds.
With a warm up and cool down you done in well under 45 mins.
I did 1 min All Outs with 3 mins rest.
1st time doing any conditioning in months so took it a little easy.

Oblique and back are slowly dissipating so hopefully back to golf and a REAL workout next week.
Tomorrow I'll test machines for that extra stability.
