DIAPHRAGM WORK + RIBS + BELLY BREATH
When the breath becomes short, the body often starts to work harder.
The ribs may feel tight.
The belly may hold.
The shoulders may lift.
The jaw may brace.
The nervous system may stay in “ready mode.”
‼️ This Sunday at 11 AM, join me for Diaphragm Work, where we will explore how to breathe into the ribs and belly with more softness, space, and awareness.
We will not force a “deep breath.”
We will listen.
We will ask questions.
My work is simple, yet powerful.
When the diaphragm begins to move more freely, the body may feel more grounded, supported, and connected.
The breath becomes less of a task and more of a bridge back to yourself.

👉 Your body does not need more pressure.
👉 It needs repetition, patience, and a place to breathe.
