The 1st Step feels like Hell!🙃
Today I had my first training session after 2 weeks and it felt horrible. We all know this feeling, those first exercises after laying in bed no sports, no movement. I wasn't feeling like working out this morning, just felt like a sloth... Instead of being a pussy i got myself up and did some upper body exercises... Now I'm happy that I did it. Its always just these first few steps! What do we learn? Don't be sick and take care of your health physically & mentally!
