Introduction
Hello everyone My name is Arne, i am 25 years old and come from Belgium. I started doing pull ups in October 2015 and since then have done a lot of different style of training. Which includes CrossFit and martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Nevertheless I have always maintained a good base in calisthenics. I love to read books about a lot of topics and am always looking to gain more knowledge. The combination of a wise and powerful mind and fit and atheltic body is what attracts me the most.

The 1st Step feels like Hell!🙃
Today I had my first training session after 2 weeks and it felt horrible. We all know this feeling, those first exercises after laying in bed no sports, no movement. I wasn't feeling like working out this morning, just felt like a sloth... Instead of being a pussy i got myself up and did some upper body exercises... Now I'm happy that I did it. Its always just these first few steps! What do we learn? Don't be sick and take care of your health physically & mentally!

You I feel you, I Germany last weekend and was really warm and I got six on Saturday and still am a tiny bit, I possibly can train tomorrow again. We will se tomorrow morning. After being sick the first training is always bad, you notice the strength has gone a bit down and your overal ROM (Range of Motion) has decreased, but after that it is better

What’s up I am back, I stepped up my work a lot the past few eek because I feel like I have not done enough until now for my dream of becoming free, more detailed a consistent successful trader. So far I have set goals for myself this year and created a Vision on how I want my life to look in 1 year and in 5 years then I wrote about 5 Goals and marked the 3 most important ones I want to accomplish. So far I have not accomplished one of them, but the progress is showing after time
