Introduction
Hello everyone My name is Arne, i am 25 years old and come from Belgium. I started doing pull ups in October 2015 and since then have done a lot of different style of training. Which includes CrossFit and martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Nevertheless I have always maintained a good base in calisthenics. I love to read books about a lot of topics and am always looking to gain more knowledge. The combination of a wise and powerful mind and fit and atheltic body is what attracts me the most.
What’s your main Self Improvement Habit?
Sometimes it’s very tough to keep a clear mind in this current self improvement hustle culture. However some of the self improvement habits are actually working for many people. Out of all these good habits which one has worked best for you? For me it was definitely waking up and going to bed early!
Daily Push-Up Challenge
Just posted a video about how doing several real failure push ups sets throughout my day improved my calisthenics performance overall. I will post my daily Push-Up results everyday from now on. Join this challenge 😏 Todays Results: In Total: 310 One Set Max: 51
