I’m coming off a rest month and heading into a lean muscle build quarter. Bloodwork is good, numbers are dialed in, and here’s the game plan I’m running with:
- TRT: After 6 months of experimenting, I found my sweet spot. Now I’m adjusting upward for the quarter with a goal of pushing total T while keeping free T in range.
- Peptides:• KLOW + BPC/TB at night for joint & ligament recovery → switching to KPV after month one• HGH → starting 1 IU daily, bumping to 2 IU if tolerated• TA-1 → completed loading, now running weekly maintenance
- Nutrition: This is the big shift. I spent my entire rest month dialing in food timing, balance, and structure. Excited to see what happens when diet + protocol actually line up.
- Looking Ahead: Already prepping next cycle to be more about fasting, EBOO, and methylation work—laying the foundation for cellular repair.
