New cycle.
I have been on a plateau for over a year. I have cycled through aod9604, 5A1MQ, SS31, CJC/Ipa... I microdose tirz 4weeks on/off. I exercise 4-5 times a week with cardio hard ~3 days a week. I take recovery days. And still stuck. Maybe I am at homeostasis, but there's areas I feel I could be better at. SO, while sitting in my freaking phenomenal Aesthetician/Functional Health NPs chair yesterday getting tortured with Sculptra injections we had our peptide talk (like we always do). She teaches me stuff, I teach her stuff. She said game changer for her was reta. And she stacks it with tirz. Her suggestion is stick with a microdose of tirz (2mg) once weekly and add Reta 0.5mg 3 times a week. Cycle with my tirz 4 weeks on/off. We shall see! Now... I just finished cycle of aod9604 with 5A1MQ. Do I add in Mots C for the cycle??? And of course through all my aesthetic treatment I am on KLOW for a super long cycle until all my injections are done. Thoughts?

@Brady Michaels analysis done and levels are all good after 2 months on Klow. I cant do Glow subQ with welts and itching. After much research I stumbled on KPV possibly decreasing the sting and response, so gave it a try and complete game changer. 20 weeks is my schedule for Sculptra injections + 2 weeks. Then I plan on cycling off.
Change
I have been using tirzepatide from a compounding pharmacy since April. For the last two months I have stalled with weight loss and I am now at 11.125mg of an 85% dosing concentration. This is their highest level. I am considering switching to retatrutide. Can anyone give me advice on what the protocol would be, or what I should do instead if that isn’t a good idea. My stack includes ghk-cu, tesamorelin, bpc-157/TB-500, aod-9604, and NAD+ I am also starting lipo-c on Monday

Once I finish my TIRZ stash I am going to try ret. No more loss for me, its about longevity and maintenance.

@Brady Michaels Had a great discussion with my NP aesthetician / fxn health today while getting my Sculptra. She advises 2mg of tirz once a week with reta 0.5mg 3 times a week. Ordering in the a.m.! Still b2g1f?
Newcomer Challenges
I found certain two areas to be challenges when it comes to figuring out best stack for me. 1. Decision on which peptides to stack seems like it takes a lot of time to research and then to decide. I want the best stack however, I do not want to become a peptide scientist. With that question comes the question, Which are not to be stacked together and some that are highly recommended to be taken together. 2. The second area which I feel is confusing is the dosage range. People seem to be all over the place with this. I don't mean to be lazy but it is nice when I can turn the bottle over and it says "take two pills every xxx amount of hours". Eliminates the guess work. Defining my goals is easy. Making sure that they can fit into my life is more of a challenge. So, I just wanted to share this. I can't be the only one who has been confused by all this. Any suggestions or shortcuts are welcome.

Truly its all personal research. We all get pulled down research rabbit holes and what works for one does not for another. Underlying metabolic disorders or insulin resistance all affect the efficacy of different peptides. We cycle through stacks and not looking to replace big pharma with peptides. Health, nutrition, and making body optimal to not rely on peptides or meds is the goal for most. There are some great peptide dosing charts and suggestions, but there is no bottle that will tell you dosing. This is all in the name of research - whether personal or scientific lab...

Retatrutide
We’ve had a lot of new members join recently from the Retatrutide community, so here’s a deep dive on what Retatrutide is all about — plus a full breakdown of pricing, shipping, and promos. 📦 Variations & Pricing - 1 Vial (10mg) → $50.00 (28 in stock) - ½ Kit (5 vials, 10mg each) → $175.00 (2 in stock) - 1 Kit (10 vials, 10mg each) → $295.00 (94 in stock) - 1 Kit (10 vials, 20mg each) → $485.00 (94 in stock) - 1 Kit (10 vials, 30mg each) → $780.00 (99 in stock) 🚚 Shipping & Origin - Singles & ½ Kits → $15 shipping (ships from Florida) - Full Kits (10 vials) → $50 shipping (ships from overseas) 🎉 Special Offer: Buy 2 Get 1 Free The B2G1 sale applies to: ✔️ Singles (1 vial, 10mg) ✔️ ½ Kits (5 vials, 10mg each) (Full kits are not included in the B2G1 promo 🔹 What Makes Retatrutide Unique - Triple pathway activation → GLP-1 + GIP + Glucagon - GLP-1: Regulates appetite and improves insulin sensitivity. - GIP: Enhances insulin secretion and complements GLP-1 activity. - Glucagon: Drives fat oxidation, raises energy expenditure, and may help preserve lean mass. This added glucagon pathway makes Retatrutide stand out. It doesn’t just suppress appetite — it potentially flips the metabolic switch toward greater fat burning and lean tissue preservation. 🔹 How It Differs from Tirzepatide - Tirzepatide (GLP2-T) Dual agonist (GLP-1 + GIP) GIP component is exceptionally strong, making it highly effective for appetite suppression and insulin sensitivity. Think of it as the precision tool — optimized GIP signaling for maximum appetite control. - Retatrutide (GLP3-R) Triple agonist (GLP-1 + GIP + Glucagon) GIP activity is not as strong as Tirzepatide’s. But the added glucagon activity broadens its impact — boosting fat burn and potentially improving body composition. 🗣️ In Layman’s Terms… Think of these peptides like apps your body installs to manage metabolism: - Semaglutide (GLP1-S): A calorie-control app — mainly curbs appetite. - Tirzepatide (GLP2-T): Adds a stronger second app (GIP) — tighter blood sugar control + powerful appetite suppression. - Retatrutide (GLP3-R): Installs a third app (glucagon) — not only curbs appetite, but also turns up fat-burning and helps protect muscle.

From Broken to Becoming Whole Again
I’m 59 years old, and the last two years nearly crushed me. Four knee surgeries. A vicious staph infection. Endless pain. On June 28, 2024, I went through yet another total knee replacement. The toll was brutal—not just on my body, but on my spirit. I wasn’t myself anymore. I felt defeated. Lost. Like a flaming dumpster fire that couldn’t be put out. What made it even harder was remembering who I used to be. Before this nightmare, I was training for a bodybuilding contest. I had purpose, strength, and drive. And suddenly, it was gone. But on June 1, 2024, I decided to fight back. I started my peptide journey—not from a place of strength, but from rock bottom. And in just 3 months (June 1 – September 5), here’s what’s changed: - 💪 Hormones Restored: Testosterone went from 123 → 1,484. - ⚖️ Weight Lost: 260 lbs → 225 lbs (down 35 lbs: 32 fat, 3 muscle). - 📏 Waist Trimmed: 42 in → 37 in (5 inches gone). - ❤️ Blood Sugar Reversed: A1C from 6.3 (pre-diabetic) → 5.4 (normal). - 💓 Blood Pressure Normalized: 148/89 → 120/80. - 🩺 Liver Health Restored: AST 56 → 33, ALT 83 → 39. These numbers aren’t just stats—they’re lifelines. Proof that I’m not done yet. Proof that you can rebuild, even when you feel like ashes. This is only the beginning of my comeback. I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m no longer that dumpster fire. I’m rising. If you’re in the dark right now, hear me: you’re not broken forever. Your story isn’t over. The climb back is hard, but it’s worth every step.
