Facebook
Going to try and see if I understand the rules of Facebook. First rule of Facebook peptides group is there is no Facebook peptide group. So I want to have a protein group. We can discuss anything about proteins we want to. The minute the convo changes to peptides it needs to resume on another on of our platforms (Skool or Telegram) Heres what the Facebook group looks like:
🌱 Welcome to BHPP Longevity Research 🌱
This group was created as a space to explore what’s working in the fields of body chemistry, protein synthesis, and cellular health.
🔬 Here, we’ll focus on:
  • How different proteins influence the way the body functions
  • Cellular chemistry and the signals that drive repair, growth, and balance
  • The role of amino acids as the building blocks of both proteins and peptides
  • Practical strategies for supporting longevity through nutrition, lifestyle, and research
💡 While peptides are a core part of our broader conversation, Facebook isn’t the place for those in-depth discussions. If you’d like to go deeper into peptide-specific research, protocols, and group testing, you can join us here:
This group is about connecting the dots between proteins and peptides, showing how they share a common language in the body through amino acids—whether it’s about repairing tissue, enhancing recovery, or supporting longevity.
👉 Share insights, ask questions, and let’s learn together.
Welcome to the community! ✨
