Here’s the deal, though. Protein is your anchor this month. If you're in Elite or Concierge, your September education will give you a full recipe plan and talk more in depth as to WHY you need more protein for seaonal hormone health.
Consuming enough protein this month will help you in the following ways:
👉Protein has the highest thermic effect of foods. This simply means it takes more energy (calories) to digest protein than any other macro. That’s right. You can burn more calories just by eating more protein!
👉Sufficient protein will help maintain and preserve your muscle mass.
