The first one, you can never get back.
The second one, you can potentially improve—especially if it’s dependent upon your nutrition and fitness habits.
Either way, they’re the two things in life we struggle to appreciate until after they’re gone. 💯
When I contemplate the overall truth of this, I desperately want to pour more into appreciating both more.
It’s easy to allow busy schedules to build a list of excuses, but at the end of the day, these two things greatly matter—and I believe we should focus on finding ways to:
📌Make the most of every day.
📌Do what we can to promote good health while we’re here.
