Last week, we began our June education 🚀, and I also proposed the idea that there are things we need to focus on during each season for optimal overall health. As I mentioned, summertime is a season of expansion, energy, and play! Because of the warmer months, it’s a great time to focus on inflammation, adrenal health, outdoor play, vitamin D, and skin health, to name a few! We began learning about inflammation last week, and I hope the education was enlightening and fresh for you. Who knew inflammation often peaks in the summertime?!
We’re going to talk more about the science behind summertime and overall health, but this week, we’re going to lighten the mood a little and discuss why warmer days are great for personal expansion – why it’s a good time for personal growth regarding your mindset and your physical health.
