Generally speaking, most people overeat carbohydrates and do not consume enough healthy fats. By incorporating carb cycling into our lifestyle, we’re able to balance that out and fuel our bodies with the healthy fats they need for heart/brain health, blood sugar control, and reducing inflammation.
Then, of course, we eat the carbs, too.
