All month long, we’ve learned about different things you can focus on in the summer to optimize your overall health. As you’ve learned, the seasons matter when it comes to improving your health. I wanted to discuss these things early in the summer so you can continue working on them over the next couple of months.
So far, we’ve learned that summer is a great time to focus on the following:
☀️ inflammation
☀️ expansion (trying new things, foods, outdoor activities, etc.)
☀️ healthy blood glucose/sugar
All of these things are affected (both positively and negatively) by the warmer months, longer days, etc.
I saved the last seasonal/summertime topic – adrenal health – for now because, in case it isn’t obvious, it’s about to get HOT, and heat can play a big role in your overall energy level, etc.
