Day 2 of 30 R.E.S.E.T challenge
Yesterday, I woke up with a case of the Monday Blues 😩 and looking at my to do list for the clinic didn't help. I paused, did some deep breathing, shed a few lawd I'm tired tears, and decided that I wasn't gonna worry about work today.
Instead I worked out, got dressed, ran errands, did a lil laundry and got a good night's rest 😴
Some times the answer is to push through, some times its don't push through 😊
I'm feeling better this morning, ready to be 1% better than I was yesterday.
How timely the Day 2 affirmations are, good reminders for us all ✨️
