Recently, Tristan and I talked about sleep debt because my sleeping schedule is very off(I only sleep 5- 6 hours a day) and the Idea of sleep debt, where you need to pay off the missing hours of sleep on the following day, and if not, it will stack up. I started it, and putting that idea in mind helped me to get more sleep than before. I always keep in mind that I need to pay some debts 😂. Since I kinda adopted it, I applied it to things that I need to prioritize, ex. I have a goal to read 10 pages per day, but I haven't read today because of my busy schedule. In that case, I will need to read 20 pages tomorrow. But note that you shouldn't get too comfortable to let those debts pile up because you will end up losing your goals too.
