Day 4️⃣ Of The Micro–Journaling Challenge 🌟
Hey there fellow thinkers and ponderers – it's time for day 4 of the 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞! 🙂
Hope the last questions have left you with some important insights, and allowed you to make some meaningful change.. Today's question hopefully will as well!🙏🏼
📌 𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐒 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 📌
If you could have a conversation with your 80-year-old self, what piece of advice do you think they would give you? Furthermore, what's a question you would want to ask them?🤔
🙋🏼‍♂️ My Entry 🙋🏼‍♂️
I think my 80-year-old me would tell me the very thing I logically know, but still struggle with letting completely go of.. not to worry so much. To take things more lightly and to simply be in the present instead of in my head, thinking about possible outcomes and scenarios..
And the question I would most likely want to ask would be something like "What was the most meaningful part of your life looking back?" – for me to figure out where I need to focus more.
But of course – as I'm sitting here worrying about it – I know, that I will not know before I'm there.. and I guess that's how it's supposed to be! 😅
➡️ Looking forward to reading your perspectives on this question in the comments or on your own post (using the "Weekly-Micro Challenges"-topic)😀
❕ PS. ❕
I once again emphasize too see this as an opportunity to raise awareness, and step by step get closer to your Best Self – NOT an attempt to change your life overnight! 🙌🏼
See you tomorrow for day 5 of this 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 🌟
📌 If you want to see the original post explaining the full challenge, do so here.
Until then,
I'm rooting for you.
