Hello, fellow dreamers and achievers! 🙂
Hope you all had an amazing last week, and are ready for another edition of our 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞s.🙌🏼
From today on, and for the next 7 days, the challenge is all about shifting your focus to the great effort you are putting in, and taking deliberate actions towards the goals you want to achieve..😀
📌 The Guidelines are straightforward..📌
Every evening at the end of your day, make a "Today's Wins List"..📝
A list of the moments during the day, that will take you closer to your Best Self.🌟
This could include..
➡️ Something hard, difficult, or overwhelming - that you overcame.
➡️ Sticking to your word, despite challenges.
➡️ A moment that made the day really good.
When you have your list, take a moment and reflect on these moments. What did you think? How did it feel? Just sit for a moment and reflect on it.💭 Give gratitude to it happening (and yourself), and that it is actively getting you closer to the life you want to live. 🕊️
💭This week is all about showing up, and aligning our actions with the person we aspire to be. Because by then, you WILL become them. 🙌🏼
