Nadi Shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing, is a yogic breathing practice used to calm the mind, balance the nervous system, and purify energy channels. The technique involves sitting with a straight spine, using your right hand to gently close one nostril at a time, and alternating the flow of breath. Try it and comment below how you felt afterwards!
