To make this week even more exciting and varied, Iโve added two interval sessions for you to try out. These are designed to challenge you, boost your speed-endurance, and keep things fun!
๐Interval Session 1
- 10min warm-up at an easy pace
- 4min moderate-hard effort x 4 reps (with 4min rest in betweenโwalk or jog)
- 10min cooldown
๐Interval Session 2
- 30sec fast (90% of max effort ) / 60sec slow x 10-14 reps
- 15min cooldown
Feel free to try one (or both!) of these sessions this week. Don't forget to post your training and tell us feedback.
