Weโ€™re already halfway through March! ๐ŸŽฏ
Whether youโ€™re running for fun, fitness, or just to clear your mind, remember this: Youโ€™re doing this for YOU. Every step you take is a win, and every mile is a testament to your strength and commitment.
To make this week even more exciting and varied, Iโ€™ve added two interval sessions for you to try out. These are designed to challenge you, boost your speed-endurance, and keep things fun!
๐Ÿ‘‰Interval Session 1
  • 10min warm-up at an easy pace
  • 4min moderate-hard effort x 4 reps (with 4min rest in betweenโ€”walk or jog)
  • 10min cooldown
๐Ÿ‘‰Interval Session 2
  • 10min warm-up
  • 30sec fast (90% of max effort ) / 60sec slow x 10-14 reps
  • 15min cooldown
Feel free to try one (or both!) of these sessions this week. Don't forget to post your training and tell us feedback.
Running every day same thing can be simply boring. If you want to level up you have to try new things and make your body adapt to it.
