Time to think about next challenge! 🏋️‍♀️ I have an idea - one of the most important aspects of running performance is nutrition. 🥑 And I think that organising meals, helping each other with advice and monitoring our plates can make a huge difference. I have a lot of knowledge about how people involved in fitness activity, especially running, should eat. What we can speak about? ✅Hydration ✅Breakfast balance ✅Pre-run Fuel ✅Protein Intake ✅Post training recovery meals ✅Healthy fats balance ✅Calorie intake ✅Macro nutrients : Carbs/ Fats / Proteins 🥞🍓🥩 We can also share our recipes and plates - which is sure to help you adapt your meals and learn something new. What are your thoughts? What challenges do you face with your diet?

That sounds interesting! Nutrition is definitely an important part, and I’d love to learn more about it - especially how to eat before different types of workouts, like tempo runs, long runs, races, etc. My main challenge? If I can say so, I just love eating, and I often feel like I want to eat a lot in general! 😄 Finding the right balance between fueling properly and not eating too much is tricky. As for making nutrition a challenge - honestly, I’m not sure. How do you imagine it working? What specific goals or tasks could it include?

Everyday Runners, What’s Your Secret?
Hey everyone! 👋 Lately, I can’t stop thinking about one thing - how do people who run every single day balance their streak with race training? Is it even possible? For example, if you're preparing for a half or full marathon while also taking on the challenge of running every day, what’s the best way to plan it? And how to manage recovery to keep the legs from completely giving up? 😅 So, are there any everyday runners who can share some tips or tricks? :)

@Katrin Differt I love this mindset! 👍 It’s so true to focus on how the body feels rather than chasing numbers. I’m also about to finish a 30-day running challenge and am wondering if I can continue while preparing for a marathon, as that’s my long-term goal. Your approach to daily movement with joy and respect for the body is really inspiring. Thanks for sharing!

@Ariadna Golubenko Good question! It was a challenge I set for myself, to be more disciplined and see if I can do it. I also have an item on my fucketlist related to running every day, but it's for 100 days, so I'm not sure if I can check it off yet. 😀

🚀 Week 3 of the Running Challenge is HERE! 15-21 march
We’re already halfway through March! 🎯 Whether you’re running for fun, fitness, or just to clear your mind, remember this: You’re doing this for YOU. Every step you take is a win, and every mile is a testament to your strength and commitment. To make this week even more exciting and varied, I’ve added two interval sessions for you to try out. These are designed to challenge you, boost your speed-endurance, and keep things fun! 👉Interval Session 1 - 10min warm-up at an easy pace - 4min moderate-hard effort x 4 reps (with 4min rest in between—walk or jog) - 10min cooldown 👉Interval Session 2 - 10min warm-up - 30sec fast (90% of max effort ) / 60sec slow x 10-14 reps - 15min cooldown Feel free to try one (or both!) of these sessions this week. Don't forget to post your training and tell us feedback. Running every day same thing can be simply boring. If you want to level up you have to try new things and make your body adapt to it. Let’s give a huge shoutout to the TOP 5 RUNNERS for March so far: 🥇 @Kelly K - 15 h 🥈 @Kristy Kelley - 11 h 32 m 🥉 @Vadim Petrov - 11 h 29 m 4️⃣ @Katrin Differt - 7 h 59 m 5️⃣ @Aleksandra H -5 h 45 m As we head into Week 3, let’s keep the momentum going! Whether you’re running 5 minutes or 50, you’re part of something amazing.🤗 👉Runs tracker 👈
