Identifying one challenging day ahead this week where you are not sure how you're going to manage dinner for you and your kids, then make a plan and write it down. You just eliminated something you have to worry about and can make it happen. For me, it's going to be Wednesday. My son has a baseball game from 3-6 (ish) and my daughter has choir rehearsal from 6-7 and I want it to be ready for everyone when we're home together. Which day can you identify, and why do you see it as a challenge?

Well this was a very interesting first try, if.you want more pizza dough id add more if u want more then 3 pizzas its suppose to make 5 but we made large pizzas and it wasnt enough dough. But an amazing first go 750g all-purpose flour. Bread flour or wheat. Depends on the flour u want 130 starter 450g 16g sugar 25g olive oil (opt) 15g sea salt I added a bit more because. It only made 3 to 4 loafs if stretched and the middle was really thin for big pizzas But med to smaller ones 650g flour 130g starter 425g water 13g sugar 13g sea salt 20g olive oil (opt) It was good give her a try

As you can see, I am Steven (or Steve...doesn't matter). I love to cook and I love my kids and we all love to eat.
