Well this was a very interesting first try, if.you want more pizza dough id add more if u want more then 3 pizzas its suppose to make 5 but we made large pizzas and it wasnt enough dough. But an amazing first go
750g all-purpose flour. Bread flour or wheat. Depends on the flour u want
130 starter
450g
16g sugar
25g olive oil (opt)
15g sea salt
I added a bit more because. It only made 3 to 4 loafs if stretched and the middle was really thin for big pizzas
But med to smaller ones
650g flour
130g starter
425g water
13g sugar
13g sea salt
20g olive oil (opt)
