Made a delicious steak dinner with a "hack" using a chuck roast cut down to almost ribeyes. Just as good. Just as delicious. Just 1/2 the price.

Identifying one challenging day ahead this week where you are not sure how you're going to manage dinner for you and your kids, then make a plan and write it down. You just eliminated something you have to worry about and can make it happen. For me, it's going to be Wednesday. My son has a baseball game from 3-6 (ish) and my daughter has choir rehearsal from 6-7 and I want it to be ready for everyone when we're home together. Which day can you identify, and why do you see it as a challenge?

As you can see, I am Steven (or Steve...doesn't matter). I love to cook and I love my kids and we all love to eat. But time is a commodity so I am on Skool to help overwhelmed (single) parents make fast, foolproof family dinners without stress, decision fatigue, or cooking experience. So I am a mom first and foremost and a baker secon my hubby loves sourdough bread the most and if I have the time I try and make it for him. Here's a loaf i am making right now and maybe 2 more to go along side it because I could sell 1 or 2 and keep a loaf for him

I am new to parenting; my baby just turned. 9 months old today and my hearts happy and I guess sad because shes growing so fast I csnt keep up wnd the mile stones shes already reached im like oh goodness amd I sm getting back into baking for fun because her dad loves my sourdough but I also make normal bread. And. Homemade brownies and cookies and rice krispy spears or puree for my baby to snack on
