Leave your setbacks in 2025!
Good job to everyone who made an effort to reach their goals in 2025. The last few weeks of the year make it really easy to fall out of a routine. If this was you, don’t worry about it too much. It was definitely me! And I definitely enjoyed it! But with the new year can come a 2nd wave of motivation and another chance to get after it! Jan 5th, the first Monday in January, we’re definitely getting after it. We’re doing a CLEAN RESET - no guilt, no catching up, no “I fell off”. Go ahead and post between now and the weekend, any goals you wish to continue going into 2026 as well as any new goals that you might have. Just a simple post stating some intention can help you get some momentum back. Once Monday hits, we’re back baby. Leave any setback you've had in 2025. 2026 is the year, for EVERYBODY. To those of you that were able to keep your habits going that you set out to have earlier in the year, I’m not ignoring you! You’re reaping the benefits of what this group was created to do: set the habits in place that will help you reach your goals. No matter where you’re at in your habit-learning journey, if you’re in this group, I care about you and know you have the ability to succeed. I’m looking forward to 2026, I hope you are too. -Dom

Habit Tracking Apps!
There’s an app for iPhone called Mark Off that makes it super easy to track your daily habits. You can even track multiple habits at once if you choose the “Activity” calendar. Being able to see it like this can make it really easy to see where we’re struggling but also see our streaks and where we can start gaining some momentum. And it’s free! I wasn’t able to find it for android, but I did find an app called Check Calendar that’s similar, but it’s $3.99. If anyone else has any other apps they use feel free to put them in the comments!

Strength training
My friend sent me this link and thought I should share with you guys. It’s good if you like guidance and something to tell you what to do. It also has a day-by-day checklist you can use! https://darebee.com/programs/strength-protocol.html
First and second workout of the year
Got a lift and run in this morning. Went out to eat and got a grilled chicken sandwich and salad. Also a free birthday lava cake which still fits in my calories! Going to do some gymnastics tonight as well 🤸
