Decided to spend some time researching recipes for high protein meal ideas. 1. Kung pao chicken & green beans 2. Egg / cottage cheese casserole 3. Greek yogurt / berries w/coffee ☕️ Oh & for treats… the “viral” chocolate strawberry yogurt clusters = yum

Strength training…
Back at it after 3+ month break after injury… Had a lot of fun… I missed it. Still working on pull-up Video 1 is before working out/ no warm up Video 2 is after training I know I look goofy 🤪 I’m not sure why I think air pumping my legs is going to get me over the bar 😅

My last new low was before Thanksgiving. After the holidays and my birthday and not really caring lol I’m finally back on that downward trend
