Hey Community,
I am Ajay, joined the community a few weeks back guess a month - around the same time i had started with calisthenics and was looking for an active community that helps to motivate, encourage and exchange knowledge.
I am a trained Yoga teacher and a cycling enthusiast from India, aiming to get fitter and stronger :)
Right now aim to build a consistent practice for the next three months, reach a point where i could comfortably do 50 push ups, 25 pull ups and straighten my legs, more as i move forward.
I had fallen back over the last 10days in my routine owing to lack of sleep for various reasons - staring this week made a promise to be back on track.
