For us, it’s camping, disconnecting from tech, and spending time in the water. It’s our go-to for clearing the mental clutter and getting back to center.
Here’s a thought: We all need time to reset — not just once in a while, but regularly.

📆 1 full day each week
🛶 1 weekend each month
🌲 1 full week every 6 months
That’s the minimum for sustainable energy, clarity, and health.
