Hey everyone! My name is Hannah, and I’m a yoga instructor. I graduated my first 200h YTT with Soul School Yoga in 2023. I truly feel like I found my calling through being part of a conscious community and getting to inspire and guide others. But honestly, I’ve been feeling a little disconnected from my own spirituality and practices lately. Life’s curveballs and being in an environment that hasn’t felt supportive, have thrown me for a loop to put it simply. But I’m eager to really reconnect with my depth, faith, and practices that used to feel like home. I’m so grateful to be a part of this space, and I’d love to receive any insights or suggestions on how to find my roots again, no matter the environment! Namaste <3

Creativity and confidence go hand in hand. True confidence comes from knowing who you are and what you stand for. When you transmute the shame around your core self, the filters through which you share your story shift. Rehearsal dissolves into authentic channeling. We are all connected to wisdom. My ideas are not mine — they are transmissions that flow through me as a clear and direct channel. The deeper I practice and clear my fields the more clear my messaging becomes. If my story resonates, amazing! If not, it’s simply an opportunity for you to take it through your own lens, clarify, and refine. Whether for yourself or for the greater good, nothing is ever wrong. It’s all a refining process, and when we stay open, we evolve and grow together.

Over the last decade of teaching, training, and sitting in countless circles, I started to notice a big gap in our industry. So many facilitation spaces were well-intentioned—but lacked depth, clarity, or integrity.Too often I saw facilitators who had certifications on paper, but little embodied wisdom. Spaces that were meant to feel safe… sometimes didn’t. Leaders who carried so much heart, but not the practical tools to hold it all. That’s why I created Quantum Leadership—to raise the standard.
