INSIDE TRICKS
At the end of a boxing session
What should I do at the end of a boxing session? I thought of push ups and some other muscular workouts but I already do calisthenics on the other days in the week.

Boxing sparring after 2 months of training
Just tell me how I did and if any advice, basically I have been training muay thai since 2 months. My coach entered me into a spar with a takewondo guy who had been doing muay thai since 2 years. I'm 75kg 16 he is 60kg 21. What should I focus on? I understand as I am really new to the game everything is shit but any specifics would be a great help. Also my coach put me into a wushu sanda fight it's on the 15th, districts. He said it's for raw experience and my weight class is 70-75kg and age category is under 17 so I expect really low people to walk around at 75kg at the age of 16 in a place like India
