What is your guys main macronutrient you consume the most of is it fats? Carbs? Or protien. Before when i got started losing weight i consumed fat the most when i followed the keto plan. But heres where i messed up just because i could consume fat and the fact that it doesnt trigger insulin caused me to over do it. I was eating lots of fatty meat, burgers, chickens, processed fast foods you name it. Mcdonalds was a huge one id get a double quarter pounder no ketchup and just take off the breads and eat it. When i noticed was i felt bloated and just unease even if it doesnt spike insulin as much its still a lot in calories which can still lead to weight gain. This means fat can still store as fat if its over done. Now focus a lot more on protien leaner sources of meat and i get fat from other sources. Peanut butter, avacado oil, olive oil, coconut oil and it has helped a bunch!
