I get as much red meat into my system as i can. I just make sure its organic, grassfed and grassfinished, this type of red meat has b12, zinc, iron, and more omega 3 than local stores thats grain fed, its like eating a tasty vitamin. As i continued eating red meat i had more stamina, got stronger and got leaner. Lesson here is add more grassfed grassfinished red meat into your lifestyle of eating! 👍
Also try combining them with pasture raised eggs. Thats very powerful! Another whole food with protiens and all amino acids.
