Why can we never dream anymore? When we have a wild dream, the world tells us to quieten the noise - "it's not realistic". We're constrained by what other people say we can do and what they say is possible. Fuck that. Use your imagination. Dare to dream. I want to make this group something you all engage with almost daily and can take new things from constantly. 🧠 Mindset Mondays (on a Tuesday)
Guys, I'm going to be giving you some mindset help every week to help you develop the most under rated and under developed aspect of being an athlete - your mindset. If there is anything in particular you want to learn about or struggle with, please comment below and I'll answer it! Today's short thought to kick off: A failure is actually a learning. You don't learn from winning. If you were 1000 failures from achieving your dreams, how fast would you fail? ✍️ What was the most recent thing you learned from losing or failing in your sport?
