Missing sesisons
Hey everyone! I wanted to get some thoughts from you all. What do you usually do when you miss a session and fall behind? Do you double up on the next day or move on?

What I typically do will depend on what I've missed. If the session is important and I can make it up without throwing off the rest of my week I'll move things around to get it done. But I do 95%+ of my sessions, so I know if I miss 1 session it won't impact me (and sometimes it'll benefit me by giving me a rest). I guess if you're missing them regularly then it's likely a schedule or fatigue issue so we need to address that instead TLDR: I usually let it go and don't let 1 missed session make me feel bad or impact my game
