Linking Garmin watch
I have seen some info about linking a garmin watch to the athlete os. Is it possible to use that instead of strava pro? If so can you maybe explain a bit more on how to actually get that done?
I was also curious if the training plan can be 'sent' to the garmin connect app to load it to my watch directly to use as a workout with the targets set.
