The AI seems to be leaving a voicemail after every call and unsure how to stop it. I've tried playing around with voicemail detection as well as adding the below to the bot.
I want to use the "no answer" tag to trigger a workflow that sends a follow up text message but when it hits voicemail the tag is "answered"
Unsure how to stop the voicemail and/or another way to trigger a follow-up text when the call isn't answered
any help would be great - cheers
## Voicemail Rules
Do not leave a voicemail.
If you end up in voicemail call function end_call and end the call.
