Unable to Create Assistants

Hey All, I am not sure if I am doing something wrong here. But I just created an assistant earlier, and now when I try to create a new assistant, it shows the green flag/popup saying Assistant Created, but then does nothing. I have hard refreshed the page, cleared cache, browser history, logged out and back in, reloaded everything, etc... and still nothing...?
