Knowledge Base Not Recognised by AI Voice (Chat Works)
can you please give an update on this bug report (#7805). I've posted it a few times now and it radio silence and no response from support. Just want to know if this is an issue with the system or us. It only stopped working recently for our clients. Thanks in advance
