As many of you know, I recently joined forces with Assistable through the LeadIndicator acquisition and one of the first things I wanted to improve was our support experience.
✅ I’m excited to share that we’ve launched a brand-new support portal and knowledge base — now under the Assistable brand, and built on the same reliable system that worked so well for our LeadIndicator users. This includes tons of new Assistable-specific tutorials that weren’t available before.
✅ We’ve added a full-featured ticketing system (so your support requests are properly tracked and followed up) along with a significantly expanded Assistable knowledge base.
