We never lose We learn.
So today I had 4 builders booked to meet me at a sellers house for quotes. 1st and 4th showed up the other 2 didn't, annoying as it was to have my time wasted without even a text or call to cancel.
I always say we never loose we learn so today I learned if someone cant even communicate something as small as sorry im running late or unfortunately xy happened can't make it, They aren't the kind of person I want to do business with
