We can get so focused on the big goal that we forget to recognise the progress we’re making along the way. Not every win is buying a property. Sometimes the win is finally picking up the phone and speaking to an estate agent. Sometimes it’s attending your first webinar. Viewing your first property. Making your first offer. Reading your first property book. Having a conversation with someone who’s further ahead than you. Or simply taking action when you would normally have procrastinated. These small steps add up. Every viewing gives you experience. Every conversation builds confidence. Every offer teaches you something. Every mistake makes you better. And before you know it, those small wins have taken you somewhere you once thought was out of reach. So don’t wait until you complete your first deal to celebrate your progress. Celebrate the journey. 👇 What’s YOUR latest property win? Big or small, share it below. Let’s celebrate the wins together and give someone else the motivation to take their next step.

I’m genuinely excited about this one. For the AFL Birthday Weekender, we’ve brought together a powerhouse line-up of speakers covering property, wealth and business growth and I think there’s going to be a lot to take away from the room. We’ll be joined by: Jesson James • Phil Harris • Phil Elder • Liam Ryan • Levi Roots • Paul Rawson • Scarlette Douglas Each bringing their own experience, perspective and lessons, giving you the opportunity to hear different approaches to building, growing and thinking bigger. But what I’m most looking forward to is having the community all together. Because you never know which conversation you’ll have during the weekend, who you’ll meet, or which idea will give you that spark to take your next step. You’ll get two days of expert sessions, networking, community, celebration, live prize draws and the AFL Birthday Garden Party with additional VIP experiences available if you want to make the weekend even more memorable. And yes… we’re celebrating 11 YEARS of Assets For Life. That’s a milestone I don’t want you to experience through a post or a photo. I want you there with us. 📅 10th–11th October 2026 📍 Holiday Inn, Brentwood Come for the speakers. Come for the knowledge. Come for the connections. But most importantly, come and be part of the AFL community. 🎟️ GET YOUR TICKET HERE: https://events.assetsforlife.uk/birthday-weekender-ticket-sales Who are you most looking forward to hearing from? There’ll be keynote sessions, networking, a BBQ Garden Party, live prize draws, giveaways and plenty of opportunities to meet people who are on the same journey as you.
