Setting up a Ltd Company
So much to take in. I am looking into registering my Ltd Company but got side tracked today but SPV and SIC code 68209. Am I going off at a tangent or should I just register a Private Ltd Company with shares and no SIC code? If anyone can help please I would much appreciate it as I am in a bit of a quandary. Thank you
