Refurb costing
Creating a template to help analyse refurb costings, this can be used for flips, HMO's etc
It has categories such as bathrooms, kitchens, gardens and even driveways/parking for commercials. So we can filter the inappropriate areas off and spend more on redesigns if required.
It should also recognise if contractors charges are excessive, we will squeeze them down to keep under budgets
